December 2, 2003 -- ORDER RELIEVING CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR and APPOINTING NEW CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR -- Order appointing Edgar C. Gentle III as Claims Administrator of the Tolbert QSF.
September 9, 2003 -- FINAL JUDGMENT AND ORDER -- Order on Joint Motion of the Parties for the Court's Entry of Judgment and Approval of the Global Settlement. Incorporates by reference the Global Settlement Agreement and the Settlement Agreement attached to the Joint Motion. The order grants Judgment for Plaintiffs and against Defendants in the sum of $300,000,000.00 and outlines the method of payment of same. The order awards attorney fees. It also outlines the duties of Pfizer, Inc. and the other Defendants. It incorporates the other Defendants' duties as outlined in the Revised Partial consent Decree entered August 4, 2003. The order also outlines the duties of the claims administrator.


December 31, 2003 -- ORDER ON THE CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR'S REQUESTED CLAIMANT PCB BLOOD TEST, EXPERT MEDICAL PANEL, AND REGISTERED NURSE CRITERIA SURVEY OF CLAIMANTS -- Order authorizing the Claims Administrator to: 1) collect blood samples from each claimant beginning in January of 2004 for the purpose of analyzing the PCB levels in the blood serum of each claimant; 2) obtain a written medical authorization (attached to order) from each claimant; and 3) convene an Expert Medical Panel to conduct a medical survey of all claimants.
